Worst car-buying experience ever. If they have Zero star that would be fair on rating this dealership. Starting from salesmen, through managers, even higher admin positions, all work to pay their mortgages, not really enjoying what they are doing. Here’s just a hint of what happened to when I bought my BMW X6 2022 couple weeks ago, you can tell, it was total scam. Randy the salesman never sent me an invoice or VIN-specific warranty for the ceramic coating service. I visited local shop in oklahoma where I live, and the owner confirmed that my brand new car has no ceramic coating, and the dealership charged me 1200 $ was total scam. Total mess. I am a physician, and I always have to change cars every few years, this was my first BMW, and worst car-buying experience whatsoever. Trang, one of the managers at that dealership is also extremely rude, unresponsive, and barely available to support the salesman Randy! Lack of professionalism, unreliable communication, and distrust are the main features of this dealership. Rauf Bilal or I may mis-spelled the name, he also is one of the managers at that dealership, when questioned, seemed like unaware of what’s going on in that dealership, and never showed any sincerity when dealing with customers. Please stay away from this mess. I am not sure if all BMW dealership have same attitude, but this should always be ranked the worst for sure. Never again.

My 2009 BMW 335 Xi 2 door coupe has been a huge disappointment and a Lemon. I have put more money into this piece of than the original sticker price!! I will never buy a BMW again. BMW = Break My Wallet. Bring More Wrenches!! Ultimate driving machine my ass !!

We bought BMX X 5 2022 model in May 2022. My wife routinely parks in two car garage. Two days back when she was trying to park at a slow speed but the vehicle accelerated and damaged the side and rear of the parked vehicle and front of BMU was damaged as well. Obviously, the front collision alert sensor and brake did not work. I reported it to BMU but no response. Never buy BMW again.

Tried to order an i4M50 from Janelli at Herb Chambers BMW of Boston. She wouldn’t call me back. She made an appt to have a “conference call” at 5:30 that evening with me when I could order the car, but she never called. I tried multiple times over a few days. It was really disappointing for me because I was on vacation and I missed out on several family events to make sure I was available when Janelli finally called, but she never did. I emailed the manager—no reply. Never thought it would be so difficult to give away $80k. My wife was happy to wait the nine months for the i4M50 she really wanted. Instead, we bought a Tesla.

BMW car on fire. Beware! After driving 20 km near Bilbao, our five year old bmw X1 started pouring smoke, with no prior notice. Then fire broke out. We were lucky enough to escape, my wife, her 87 year old mother, and our dog. We informed bmw-munich (customer dep) the car was just burnt steel, and asked for some help. The car had all its servicing done at bmw oficial points in Spain. It was an automatic, 150 HP diesel engine, four wheel drive. BMW sent an engineer to analise the remains. It was a faulty EGR ? particle filter? Turbo ? Four months later bmw sent a polite letter, saying they had found no origin for the fire. Not a cent to buy a new car. You expect a better treatment from a premium firm like bmw, but it has been a very disapointing experience.

BMW USA is literally the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. I bought a brand new 2022 S1000rr with cash and before the bike even got 2000 miles the transmission teeth broke in the bike. The bike has been in the shop for over two months, and BMW has constantly lied saying they will replace it, or give me my money back. With months on end nothing has changed, the only thing they have done is offered to reimburse me on a car rental that equals $45 a day. There is not one place I can find that will rent a car for that price lol. Absolutely despicable. I specifically have been working with a guy name Mark Pechko, Who refuses to return my calls, went on a vacation during this whole incident and the person he referred me to while he was absent also did not answer their phone or return any of my calls, and who has absolutely been no help whatsoever. I have asked numerous amount of times to have my case transferred to somebody else, or talk to higher-ups yet they refuse to do for me.

Bought a brand new car from them. They would not stand by their product. Got rid of it ASAP and will never buy another car of theirs.

I purchased a Pre-Owned "Certified" BMW from Crevier in S. CA. I guess their 167 pt inspection didn't catch the motor mount issues. I had to bring the car back the next day 40 miles each way, drop it off, travel the 80 miles roundtrip to pick it back up after the motor mounts were replaced. Less than a year later I had to replace my brakes, I guess they were not replaced when I purchased the "certified" car. My car has been in the shop 3 times this month for A/C issues and the engine coolant that exploded out of the bottom of my car and left me stranded for 3 hours waiting for a tow, two days after my car was just repaired. BMW tells me I need engine mounts again a year later for $3,300 WOW, every year I need to replace these and BMW won't cover anything after 1 year??? This 2017 530I has been a NIGHTMARE. I will NEVER, EVER buy another BMW. The car is pretty, sexy, expensive but can't stay on the road. If you make a car and it doesn't run it should not cost a fortune, a $30k Toyota is a much smarter purchase. BUYER BEWARE, these cars need daily maintenance and BMW USA does not stand behind their product... HELLO LEXUS!!!!!
