We purchased a BMW X5 new from BMW of Little Rock. With only 36,622 miles the front differential had a complete failure. After researching we found that its an internal defect and a known problem with the X5. We asked BMW of North America and BMW of Little Rock if they would repair it under a Goodwill/customer loyalty since it was a defect and the car was purchased new and only serviced at their dealership....they denied our request and claimed it was because we had purchased one set of new tires from a local tire shop instead of BMW. They want to charge over $8,000 for repairs on a car with just over 36,000. BMW is a joke, don't waste your money on one.

I bought this 2022 bmw 330i certify in 2024 had 21000 I noticed that the motor mounts were bad and took it to a Bmw dealership to confirm they were bad. So I thought they was going to be covered under warranty sense it only has 45,000, the dealer told me that its not cover because is considered a wear tear item. Si I called bmw usa and no help what so ever .. it really sucks that they don’t even try to help. So I wouldn’t recommend to buy BMW at all. 45,000 motor mounts shouldn’t be bad…

Extremely disappointed in bmw and its customer service. I purchased a 2023. The idrive head unit stopped working in 2026. A manufacturer defect caused corrosion to the connector pin leading to the head unit needing to be replaced. I’m within the 4 years of the warranty but not the mileage so therefore no warranty coverage. And customer service is offering no goodwill assistance. A premium luxury brand should exhibit far greater component durability.

Really exceptionally poor customer service. Simply logging into the BMWUSA website is almost impossible. Customer support is generally unhelpful, and routes calls to places that hang up. The cars are great. The customer support when you need to log in to make payments - third world at best.

One of the worst experiences of my life I overpaid or double paid $5400 to pay off my BMW called in and one month and asked for the refund and they said they would send me to Accounting and Accounting called me back never happened. call back a few weeks later and got to wrap. I didn’t know anything and asked for a supervisor supervisor lied to me so I had three people lied to me before they realized they had my money and sent me my $5400. What an idiotic way to run a business.

I own a 2025 BMW X1 with only 14,000 miles. Recently, the brake pad warning sensor activated, and when I brought the vehicle to the dealership, I was told that the brake pads need to be replaced and that this is considered normal “wear and tear.” While I understand that brake pads are wear items, I find it very concerning that they would need replacement at just 14,000 miles. This is significantly earlier than what would reasonably be expected for a new vehicle, especially one marketed as a luxury product known for quality and engineering. With such low mileage and all maintenance performed at the dealership where the car was purchased, I believe this issue points more toward a potential defect or premature wear rather than standard usage. Under these circumstances, I feel this should be reviewed and considered for coverage under the new car warranty. I contacted BMW USA Customer Relations regarding this matter, but I was told there was nothing they could do. The response I received was disappointing and did not reflect the level of customer care I would expect from a premium brand. Overall, this experience has been very discouraging. The quality, reliability, and customer support are not aligning with the expectations typically associated with BMW. Based on this situation, I would seriously reconsider purchasing another BMW in the future.

Me and my family had an accident due to a faulty lane departure sensor in my vehicle. This caused injuries to my daughter and could've been way more severe. BMW of North America has been very slow and unhelpful and preached "public safety" because of this failure. They do not care about safety to anyone!! At the end of the day, they blamed me for the accident. In 24 years of driving, I have had 0 accidents, not a single insurance claim or anything. When i asked for copies of the results from the computer system that they pulled. They claimed that they can't pass the information out due to BMW Propriety. They're clearly hiding information. Anyone that wants to buy from BMW. Beware that if you get a service done at any of their dealerships, if they do something incorrect. They will hide the truth, and they did in this situation. BMW does not care about anyone else but the bottom line, just like any corporation i suppose. But if anyone has to deal with Chris, at BMW North America, customer relations. Automatically ask for someone else because he was absolutely horrible to deal with.

This is a reckless company, cares only about their defective products/vehicles , the customer journey and safety isn’t a priority on any scale. The worst vehicle manufacturer any consumer can ever come across. Terrible from sales, to service center to customer relations to upper management to executives, simply terrible, do your self a huge favor stay as far as you possibly can from a BMW, they do not honor their warranties and will have you trapped with BMW Financial and in a death trap. Sue and take them to arbitration, they are terrible!!! EV tax fraud, warranty fraud and dealer fraud in my case aka organized fraud. Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practice Master AKA Braman Motors- Stay away!!’
