Ordered a round side reflector for my Z4, pictured in their online catalog , part number CB14273788,they sent me a rectangular one. Both parts had the same parts number? Obviously the catalog was wrong . I tried to get a refund within the return window and I was told it was a special order and could not be returned. They sent me the wrong part! One star is too much. Never again.

Purchased this oil pressure sensor switch for my 2014 X5 after purchasing what I was led to believe was the compatible part at a 'Geek' parts site prior. That part wasn't compatible and their return policy is dubious at best. Purchase was refunded, but the return cost me more than the part that wasn't a fit but refunded. I will only use BMW PartsDeal.com for my DIY parts in the future. Good pricing, legit return policy and easy to work with.

I ordered a wrong part - did not discover until later because work prevented me from getting to the project - seller refused to accept return even in light of my offer to buy other more expensive parts & I would have even agreed to only a partial credit or refund.

Hi ML, We apologize for the inconvenience; however, we have a standard return period of 30 days. For more information regarding our returns policy, please visit: https://www.bmwpartsdeal.com/service/bmw-return_policy.html
