Stop! Don't use BMI MD! I had originally loved my experience, but not anymore. Each month an MD supposedly reviews you Refill Form before prescribing. I wrote on the form that I had to take an antibiotic that was wrecking havoc with my stomach so I did not want a refill that month. Just to make sure I also emailed orders@bmimd saying I didn't want the refill. The next day I got notification my refill had been approved and they had charged my credit card. They even increased the dose and charged me $100 more! They are refusing to give a refund, I've been fighting with them for four days. The scariest part of this is that clearly no real medical professional is looking at the form. I now realize I've been taking a drug with absolutely no medical monitoring. This is dangerous, stay away!!!!! Update, after sending BMI MD a copy of this review they finally agreed to give me a refund.

This medicine in general has been a game changer for me. BMImd has made the entire process extremely easy and gave me peace of mind. I get a Response within 24 hours when I ask a question. I’m glad this is the company I chose when starting my weight loss journey.
