Just great. a wonderful experience

The medication dose of 2.5 mg/1 ml was short. No reply from the MD, she sent it to customer support who I never heard back from. My friend who I referred, also had the same issue. Would not recommend.

Did anyone not get needles? I didn't, do not have any and pretty sure I can't just walk in drug store and ask for some?

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. It feels like I didn’t get the full value for what I paid, and the entire process has been frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. The amount of product provided was minimal, and I’m not sure if this is intentional to get customers to pay more on refills or what, but it certainly feels misleading. If the goal is to pressure customers into spending more, it comes across as unfair. I expected more for my money, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service.

I didn't lose a single pound with this medication although I followed all recommendations. I went with the semaglutide this time but I would like to give it another try with the other option they have but the cost is just too much if it doesn't work. I had zero side effects as well. It was like I didn't even take it. Sadly because I had high hopes for it.

Love the product, but ordering and communication is horrible. There are no phone communications, and the support emails aren't answered for days on end, The account order portal is impossible to update and change. Communications from the doctor and the coach are wonderful, but they are powerless to help with the order process.

I tried to get a refund on my order immediately after but they never got back to me and processed my order instead. No one has reached out. The doctor was nice though.

Medicine made me sick and produced bumps on my neck. per doctors order was told to cancel this medication but the company holds you hostage and won't let you cancel. Reporting to BBB since they are predatory and don't even have a number to call someone. I've reported them to my bank as well. Be careful!
