A place where your questions don’t get answered and dr that uses chatgpt. They want you be consistent with your prescription but there’s going to be gap in deliveries and you will not be able to stay on the right path. Anna and Alyssa are the worst patient coordinator and the unfortunate thing is you have no way to file a complaint. I hope people lose trust in this business the same way I do.

This has to be one of the worst provider out there. The dr copy and paste his notes as you get the exact same note every month. When you ask medical questions you get transferred to costumer service. Like why? Customer service is also really bad, they are hard to get a hold of. Doesn’t answer questions specifically. Definitely not worth your money.

They have the best price for Sermorelin, and it was delivered in two days after ordering. My doctor has been very responsive and messaged me back the same day when I've had a question.

Meds were shipped to Florida with 2 small ice packs that felt like hot water when I opened the package. I was told that the meds were fine up to 104°, but here in Florida vehicles can get up to 115° and I know that UPS trucks are not refrigerated, plus it sat outside in the 95° sun for hours until I got home. I asked for a exchange and was told no, so I moved on to a new company with good customer service. I would never buy from a company that would put my heath at risk and who would rather lose a lifetime customer over a $10 bottle of meds. Any company that thinks that is smart business will definitely cut corners.

Vial was empty when it arrived. It sat in fridge before I needed it so didn't realize empty right away. After providing pictures from different angles and could clearly see no medication had ever been in vial, decided I couldn't get refund or another vial because it had been a month since delivery. It was not a month. It was about 2 1/2 weeks from date of delivery to noticing empty and contacting company. Disputing charge with credit card company. Cancelled auto shipments. Beware and check shipment as soon as it arrives. Do not take protective cap off before checking. 10/5 update. This company came through and has corrected the issue and I couldn't be happier. Someone finally listened to my concerns, addressed the issue and resolved it. 5 stars for sure
