The crew was very professional and good at their job. I noticed how well they worked together as a team. They were clear and considered on their instructions on what to expect after install. I am happy to be a part of the Blue Raven family.

Smooth and Easy

Honest review is, installation was scheduled. Received a call the Friday before a Wednesday installation saying the installation team had a commitment that couldn't be moved and that would force our installation to shift out to the following Friday. Seemed as if the prior commitment was more important than our previously scheduled install. That was annoying and concerning both at the same time. Upon arrival, the install team was fast and seemed to knock out the install without much issue. Left some trash laying around, and a box on the roof, but overall, I'd rate the install at a B to B+. That said, it hasn't rained yet, so we are anxiously biting our nails to see if when we get rain, if there are any leaks. Fingers crossed and praying there are not any leaks. Haven't been able to engage the system yet, currently awaiting inspection and Rocky Mountain Power to change out the home electrical meter.

I have changed my opinion about my experience and until certain things have been addressed and fixed I decline to leave any comment good or bad until I see how this plays out.

BRS thus far has been great to work with. Their design and permit applications went quickly, and most of the waiting has been for the power company or the AHJ. Once we received approvals, they were quick to get me on their schedule within a couple of weeks. The morning of the install the crew arrived 30 mins early and got started quickly. Within 5 hours I had a complete new solar system installed and commissioned and ready for final inspection. I was blown away by how well Levi led his crew and how Kyle and Andy worked quickly and professionally to get it done quickly and get it done right. When I started the process I pointed out to the salesman providing the quote and to the on-site inspector that my electrical panel was already full. They made sure to document this and the engineers accounted for it in their plans by utilizing tandem breakers. Andy knew what was needed and was able to easily integrate the solar double pole breaker into my existing panel without need to upgrade my panel or adding a sub-panel. He also was able to place the conduit and new switchgear exactly where I was hoping they would. I still need to wait for a final inspection with the county and then final approval from the utility company to connect, but feel that BRS will be on the ball as they have been to get me connected quickly! Each time I've reached out to ask a question I was able to get a hold of the right representative and got my questions answered.
