i recently bought the new body wash. it is very nice. i really like it a lot. i have also received the new summer hand soap scents. everyone in the house is very partial to the christmas evergreen scent....but i bought the summer ones for a break. i am definitely excited to try it all out. i would love to see shampoo and conditioner be offered in the same form as the body wash. hint hint!!!!!

I love your products. Everything is shipped quickly and comes in minimal packaging, which I also love. Customer service is excellent. My only complaint is that some of my soap lids (and the ones I got for free to replace them) don’t function appropriately. Some of them will do one pump but the lid stays down and I’ve gotta lift it up. That is the only thing. Everything else, is GREAT!

I love my purchase for my dish soap purchase.

I have order a couple of times and I am really impressed with the products. My favourites are the toilet and and the multipurpose cleaner. The reduction in waste, the ease of use and how well the work are amazing!!

I have no real strong feelings about my customer service experience. I purchased the starter set of products in May from the Container store and in June my nozzle for one of the bottles broke. I clicked on the link to request a replacement but was informed that since I didn't retain a paper receipt I couldn't qualify for a replacement. The customer service agent told me i could buy one. Pretty straightforward. I gave 4 stars instead of $5, because it seemed silly to offer a nozzle for $2.99 with shipping of $7 unless you buy a bunch more products. It just seemed to me that if a nozzle sells for 2.99 it probably doesn't cost much to make, so even if customers can't prove that they purchased a product within the last 100 days it might serve just as well to offer the nozzle for free with additional purpose or a lower shipping rate for such a small item.

I love the products. When I encountered a problem with my shipment their customer service team was quick to respond and took care of things immediately. Very pleased with this company and love my laundry soaps, hand soaps, dishwasher tabs, and toilet bowl tabs!

I have been using Blueland cleaning products for at least six months. My favorite is the toilet cleaner. So easy to drop that tablet in the bowl and brush. I really like the bathroom cleaner, glass cleaner and all-purpose cleaner as well. They work! I’ve tried many, many brands of natural, non-toxic cleaners and Blueland is my favorite. I just started using the laundry detergent. I like it, but wish there was a way to use less than a full tablet. I often do small loads, especially delicate fabrics, and the big tablet is just too much.
