Exploiting a green marketing campaign for profits
I sincerely wanted to like this company but after two of the three plastic "forever" bottles broke after less than a year of use, I couldn't bring myself to keep ordering from them. Sadly, this is another company who is contributing to landfill waste and shamelessly exploiting green marketing to chase profits. They offered me a refund for my purchase but it completely defeats the purpose of me wanting to avoid disposable products. The design of the spray bottles was absolute garbage and frankly I don't care if they claim to have improved the design. This company will not get another penny from me.

We'd like to share that our Forever Bottles have been completely redesigned and have been shown to be much longer-lasting. As soon as we realized our previous bottles faced some issues, we began the process of designing a new bottle. We wanted to minimize any unforeseen impacts caused by changing our bottle, so we conducted significant testing at great expense to ensure the updated bottles were going to be as solid as possible before we released them.
