I love everything about blueland. Aside from the fact that their products work great, smell great, and you can feel good about using them without bringing toxins into your home, their sustainable innovation is above all other companies I have tried, and that’s been a lot! Even if you don’t care about reducing plastic use (please do care), Blueland is a fabulous company with products that save space and make it easy. Customer service is also fantastic. I’ve been a customer since 2019 and they’ve only continued to improve and expand their product line.

I love Blueland! I use exclusively their handsoap, surface cleaner, shower gel, toilet bowl tablets, and dishwasher tablets, and they have been phenomenal! I would love to see the company expanding to other products, (ie plastic-free personal care products).

Here's the thing: not all of their products are amazing. I love what they are doing as a company, for our planet, so I continue to endorse them, but be aware not all the products are going to blow your mind. I love: toilet bowl cleaner, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, and the scrubber sponges. The laundry tablets, even combined with the oxiboost powder, will not clean your clothes. I used both for over a year, so I've thoroughly tested them. I started to add baking powder to my wash in an effort to get the clothes clean. When I found myself prewashing our work out clothes and my bras in woolite and baking powder, then washing everything, I knew it was time to move on. The clothes smelled. There's no other way to describe it. The bacteria that causes odor was not getting removed, it had just been building up and though it smelled ok at first, you would have it on your a 5 minutes and you could smell yourself again. Not cute. I never got into the spray cleaners because I am skeptical about their efficacy and I'm not playing around with cleaning the tub, kitchen, and glass. After my abysmal experience with the laundry stuff, I'm not even going to attempt it. None of it is as efficient as bleach or regular cleaners, but plastic is a real problem so figure out what you can get away with in your own household. I just really can't go around with stinky clothes.

Great products, terrible, horrible customer service. Don't expect much if you have to reach out to customer support. They don't actually help or even pay attention to what the customer is communicating. They will be rude and unhelpful. I will continue to buy the products until their unhelpfulness becomes more than I can handle.

I love the multi-surface cleaner and bathroom cleaners. They’ve been great from the get-go minus the bottles. The initial “forever bottles” were faulty and blueland was quick to replace them to the newly designed bottles. However, the nozzles aren’t the best- they feel stuck with every couple of pumps. Window cleaner is so streaky; I hardly reach for it anymore. The dishwashing powder is another favorite of mine. It’s powerful in cleaning and cutting grease! I use it on my pots, pans, and all of my kids’ dinnerware. I love that it’s unscented so that it doesn’t leave any soapy smell lingering in my kids’ silicone lunch accessories. Also love the hand soaps- blueland has the best scents! But the 25% markup really hurts. I wish they kept their original affordable price point at just $2 a tablet. I’ve also tried the body wash, face wash but feel they don’t lather well, and too costly. The laundry tablets were a let down. They never fully dissolved in the wash. The oxi-boost is nice but too costly; I can just grab arm&hammer baking soda at Costco for just a fraction of the cost. Overall, I have a few favorites and some were disappointing, but the excellent customer service at Blueland makes it hard for me to ditch them. I usually wait til the holidays to stock up.

I give most of the products, like the hand soap, toilet bowl cleaner, dishwasher tablets, and spray cleaners 5 stars. I love the smells. But the laundry soap tablets I don’t even give one star. White soap smears are left on my clothes. I even dissolve the tablet in 4 cups of warm water before I pour it into my washer. My washer doesn’t allow me to fill the tub with water before clothes are put in. I thought the issue was with my top loader, but my friend with her front loader is having the same issue.

I have had a great experience. In fact we bought starter kits for all the houses. Love the smells. Love the environment. Great product!

I regularly use the hand soap and the toilet cleaner tablets. I just love these products. I have had the hand soap dispensers for 3 years and they are still just like new. The scents for hand soaps are wonderful and no film is left on my hands. The toilet cleaner has a great scent and cleans the bowl well. I love that the only waste I have from these products is a paper bag that I can recycle.
