I love all of your products - every last one. However we have a problem that I think is easily (I hope) fixed. Your foaming soap dispenser does not last. I was less than half way through my first order when the dispenser stopped working. Cleaning the plunger did not correct the problem so I decided to look on Amazon for a replacement. It turns out foaming soap dispensers are not built to last so it isn't just your product. Would you please consider selling the plunger separately so I can continue to use your foaming soap. It makes no sense from a sustainability or economic standpoint to buy a new glass dispenser with every order. Thank you!

I love Blueland so much! I was really skeptical when I first ordered my starter kit a year ago, but the products are great quality! I use the laundry tablets and oxi boost — the clear skies oxi smells AMAZING! I always get compliments on how fresh my clothes smell. The glass and mirror cleaner works so well, and doesn’t leave streaks behind. The bathroom and all purpose cleaners do a great job of cutting through grease and other crud. The hand soaps smell amazing as well, there isn’t a scent I’ve used that I don’t like, and I really enjoy not having to spend a bunch of money on single use plastics for foaming hand soaps. I will say, the hand soap pumps do get faulty fairly quickly, but after a year I’ve just now ordered replacements. I do really wish they would make candles or wax melts or something, since it’s so hard to find clean ingredient candles. Overall I love blueland and would recommend it for anyone

I placed my order 22 days ago and I still have not received my products. I emailed their customer service team and no response. However, I received an email with a new order number from them. What happened to my first order and why did they place a new order without my consent? I sent another email to their team and nothing!! I still don't have a shipping date or an update on the 2nd order they decided to place on their own. What is happening with this company? How about a courtesy response explaining what's happening with my order?

I have been using Blueland products for over a year now, and I love them! The ease of auto-ship and not having to throw plastic bottles away is amazing. The multi-purpose cleaner, bathroom cleaner, and foaming hand soaps are my favorite and my family and I use them every day. We have completely switched over to these wonderful products and I have recommended them to friends and family!

I am so happy with my purchase from Blueland! I ordered the foaming handsoap set and the dishwasher/laundry duo. I love that the products use zero plastic and that you can subscribe and save.

I've been a Blueland customer since Sarah and Syed first appeared on Shark Tank in 2019. They only had their hand soap tablets at that time and I ordered my first hand soap starter set immediately. I'm now a subscriber for their hand soap tablets, laundry tablets, oxi booster and multi-surface cleaner. I also order toilet cleaner tablets and dishwasher tablets as needed. I love the company and am going to leave an HONEST review, consisting of all the products I've actually used. Hand Soap: My first love and I still love them. There's a variety of scents to choose from. I use 1.5 tablets in each bottle to get a better lather. Today, tablets cost, on average, $2.50/each, so 1-9oz. bottle of hand soap costs me $3.75. Not bad, considering a 10oz. bottle of Mrs. Myers foaming hand soap costs $4.88 at my local Walmart. And with Blueland, NO PLASTIC BOTTLE and the packaging is compostable. Laundry Tablets: They do a decent job. You have to use more than 1 with a large load and if you have a large capacity washer, like me, most of your loads are likely large loads. I wish they had scented laundry tablets. I like my laundry to smell clean. For things I wash more often, like clothes, I use another eco-friendly product, (Ecoegg) which is also unscented but at least leaves my clothes smelling like clean water. I use Blueland laundry tablets for things I wash less often, like bedding and towels or I'll combine the two for an extra boost for really soiled laundry. Again, with Blueland, NO PLASTIC and packaging is compostable. Oxi Booster: I really like this. They have a fragrance free and scented option and I love the Clear Skies scent. I wish the formula was a bit stronger to cut through my teenaged son's socks and taekwondo uniform. Sometimes I have to use OxiClean Odor Blasters for this because the Blueland isn't strong enough. Blueland Oxi Booster is slightly more expensive than OxiClean but worth it for the lack of plastic and compostable packaging. Would be even more worth it if the formula was stronger. Dish Detergent: I have used this and I love the silicone shaker. The powder is strong and cuts through grease. It also doubles as an abrasive for scrubbing tough, baked or burned on food, without scratching. Unfortunately, I can no longer use this product. I have asthma and the dust from the powder irritates my lungs. I don't have this problem with the Oxi Booster or Shower Fell powder. I wish they could make a powder to mix with water that would gel into a thick enough liquid dish detergent (like their shower gel) so I could use it again. Dishwasher Tablets: These do a good job. Again, I like things that smell good and clean so I wish there was a scented option for the dishwasher tablets. I always rinse my dishes before putting them in the dishwasher, so I can't speak to whether they cut through baked on, stuck on food, but I'm satisfied with the job they do. The only inconsistency I've noticed is sometimes there's a film or residue on my clear glasses and dishes and sometimes there isn't. I've noticed this more on the items I put on the top shelf of the dishwasher so this could be an issue with my dishwasher. Shower Gel: I love Blueland shower gel. The lather is rich and luxurious. The scents are amazing. And a full bottle lasts a long time. Downside? $8/refill and as a single mom, with limited income, I have to pass on this wonderful product for a cheaper option with a plastic bottle 😫 Multi-Surface Cleaner: I use this on my furniture, including wood, and kitchen countertops. It works great. I have no complaints about this cleaning product. I do, however, have complaints about the forever bottle. I'll address that later. Bathroom Cleaner: I spray this and let it sit for a minute to loosen anything that might be stuck on, like toothpaste or soap residue. This works great and wipes up easily. Downside? The description on the website doesn't specify whether or not this product kills germs. Mirror and Glass Cleaner: I no longer use this product. It leaves streaks and a film on my windows, TV, and mirrors. If I spend more time on wiping and wiping and wiping, I can get the film to clear up but I don't have that kind of time! Toilet Cleaner Tablets: These work great but I still have to use CLR once a year. "Forever" Bottles: I have had to replace every single one of my forever bottles. The hand soap dispensers leak around where the plastic pump screws onto the glass bottle. The sprayers on the spray bottles break. Either the triggers get stuck or the whole sprayer comes apart completely. I've replaced my hand soap dispensers with ones from Bath and Body Works. I've replaced the cleaner bottles with basic plastic spray bottles I found at Walmart. I don't like it, but they just work better. Forever Tins: I love these for holding all my refill tablets. Just need to watch for rust
