BluelandReviews of blueland.com

Excellent company with great eco friendly products. I love their hand soaps and have been a loyal customer for years.

I can't believe I had to live this long to find such intelligent home cleaning products; Common sense and innovation is the magic combo that we need for this world in this time. I am satisfied with the automatic dishwasher capsules, laundry tablets, toilet cleaning tablets and also the excellent lemon surface cleaner kit. The tins are not unattractive like most cleaning product containers in the past 50 yrs( ;(.... THANK YOU FOR IMPROVING MY previously uninspired UNHOUSEKEEPING experiences BRAVO!!!

I have been adding more Blueland products to my home over the last year. It started with a gift from my daughter with a hand soap dispenser. I use it in my kitchen and have added another to my bathroom. Additionally I am now using the dishwasher cubes, dish soap, toilet bowl tablets and now the service cleaners to my kitchen and bathroom. Love them all!! Love reusable bottles and the fact I am making far less trash.

Love the products! Disappointed in the Foaming Hand Soap pumps, they fail quickly (average of 3.6 months per pump), which is disappointing for a company that their intent is to reduce plastic waste. Further, after reaching out to the-customer service department twice, which did indeed offer to replace the pumps if my response to customer service was within 24 hours (one of my responses was outside of the 24 hours, the second was within the 24 hours) otherwise you are encouraged to start the process again. Despite wonderful products, the foaming hand wash pumps and customer service are a waste of plastic and time respectively.

I’ve been using blueland products for about 4 years and I love them! Everything works wonderfully and saves the environment from so much waste! They’re safe to use around my kids! My favorites are the laundry tablets, dishwasher tablets and hand soap. But everything I get from them is great! I one time had an issue with an item and I reached out and they instantly took care of the problem! I recommend them to everyone!

The products are great. The service is about the worst I have experienced with a subscription service. I have not received a subscription order that was on time AND correct yet. All subscription orders have been late and are consistently missing product. Requesting the missing product takes weeks. Ordering ad-hoc creates an unnecessary subscription order that you then have to jump through all sorts of hoops to cancel. Managing this subscription requires too much personal time and effort with lackluster results. If you can’t manage your recurring subscription orders, you are for sure souring your bread and butter customers no matter how good your products may be. I am at my wits end with the service. One more screwed up order and I’m done. Products are pretty great.

I ordered toilet tablets and I was sent hand soap...I sent three (3) emails asking for a return and return product label but never, ever received a response. I have given up and will never again buy these products...the customer service is automated and unresponsive. SKIP IT...

After a mix up, I called and things were straightened out. Thank you for listening. Your company has good products and they are very interested in cleaning up the planet. Thank you for your earth friendly products.
