BluelandReviews of blueland.com

I was delighted to find laundry and dishwasher detergent without the plastic bottles! For me, this is a no brainer way to avoid adding to plastic waste. I also use Blueland cleaning supplies and foaming hand soap. I am not going back!!

We have been using Blueland laundry, toilet and dishwashing tablets for a while now and we love all of them. They clean well, smell good, do not leave any weird residue and do not add toxins to our water supply. We had no problem with the Blueland ordering or shipping processes and really appreciate Blueland’s efforts to reduce plastic consumption.

I would leave ZERO stars if I could. I ordered a year worth and more of dishwashing tablets. My order was NEVER delivered. I reached out to the company and they finally replied asking for my address, after I sent that I have heard NOTHING from them. I have emailed them probably 10 times by now and no response. They have literally taken my money and sent me no product. It has been over 2 weeks of no response. My next step is to dispute all charges with my credit card company and report Blueland to the BBB and any other place I can leave a review. I don’t want someone else to go through what I am. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I placed an order with Blueland and it took two weeks just to ship out the order (their website states 2-3 business days, which is clearly a lie). When trying to reach out to customer service, the only option is to email and I would only get back a generated response about a 2-3 day shipping time, mind you it had been almost two weeks at this point. When my order finally did ship and arrive, I was missing the “Clean Suite Kit”, which is a $98 product. Again, the only option for support is an email for which I still have not received any sort of response or attempt at resolution. I can honestly say I will NEVER patronize this company again just based on the customer support alone (or lack thereof). It’s absolutely disgraceful that they can’t get their act together to ship in a timely manner, let alone ship the proper items without leaving out a huge part of the order.

Their products are good. Really like the hand soaps and laundry kits. Their customer service is extremely lacking. My order is missing items and I reached out to them without any reply. Their website will not let you reach out more than once per order. The items missing were for Christmas presents as I have talked up the items with family and wanted to encourage them to switch to Blueland. BUT I’m rethinking my opinion now.

So far so good, but I can’t find instructions for laundry & soap tablets. Do I use 2 tablets for big loads

I’ve subscribed to blue land products for 9 months now as I believe in their mission. I decided to try some other products and ordered the dishwasher starter kit and the surface cleaner. I received a box with only half my order. There is no customer service phone number, no live chat - just a bot with an auto response that someone will be reaching out in 24 hrs. I sent multiple messages through their website with no response to address the issue. I then went on their Instagram and got one DM promising me a solution ASAP. There has been no follow up and it has been over a week. I am now seriously considering canceling my subscription as this is probably the worst customer experience I have had in a while. It seems like I am not the only one experiencing shipments with missing items or having trouble reaching any human being in who is providing a solution in a timely manner.

Putting this here in case anyone else had the same trouble. Unfortunately the system double shipped my product. I immediately raised a ticket with the company. No response. I then kept on receiving confirmation emails and shipping emails, some from the founder stating how glad they were I was ordering a second time. I sent follow up emails, one to the founder, another for the orders and then also to their inbox. There were so many inboxes, I was confused. Eventually, I received an email telling me to stop sending emails and that they couldn’t do anything about the error. So now I have all this product coming that I didn’t order. Unfortunately, I’ll now have to raise a charge back through the bank. Hoping they fix their systems soon in time for the Christmas rush. Advice, maybe order through a third party, then directly on the company website.
