I love most of your products. I took off one star because your website is too hard to get around and make necessary changes.

Ordered over 100 dollars of product, some came missing, some dented, some broken. Contacted company via their form and email. No response and it’s been 10 days. I’d never order again. So far window cleaner streaks terribly. So unfortunate.

Blueland's products are awesome. They do a wonderful job cleaning. The dishwasher tablets do an excellent job on my dishes. Blueland's communication, responsiveness, and reliability are outstanding. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

The products I’ve tried so far have given impressive results, surpassing even the more commercially available products. I had to do a double take with the laundry, and asked my husband “do these look brighter to you?”. I thought I was imagining it, but nope, the detergent and booster are amazing. Same with the toilet bowl cleaner and dish detergent. Really happy to have found these, and am telling everyone I know.

I used to subscribe to Blueland long ago but I ended it due to the sub schedule and pricing. I was getting more of some things than I needed and less of others on the schedule and the price felt a little high. I went back to get some additional products to make use of the bottles. I do like handsoap and dishsoap. I put in an order and re-subbed to some products. I recieved a box missing two products. I emailed and got an auto response, I sent a follow-up email explaining what happened. Apparently there is a 4 bus day turn-around on customer service. Its been a week and I have no resolution. This should be a 15 minute call. Meanwhile, I have not touched what I did receive as I have not idea what they will want me to do. If you are a business trying to operate at this level you need better customer service. I have canceled those subs I added, there are other options out there.

Yes, I am happy to limit single use plastic but more than that is that the products work so well and simplify work.

It's time to replace all your dishwasher pods and bottles with this one. My household is impressed with the quality of Blueland's dishwasher tablets. It does a great job cleaning everything and extra bonus is no plastic containers go into landfills. Get rid of those chunky plastic bins of dishwasher pods and grab these. We order online through their website subscription but found they are also at Costco! The other brands take up too much space under the sink whereas Blueland has more compact, nicer packaging for the tablets.

I'm just really loving the cleaning products and especially loving not having to buy big plastic bottles of anything. So far I use the hand-washing soap and the dish soap and the dishwasher soap and the laundry soap! That almost only leaves the toilet stuff, which I find it hard to care about, but I bet I'll try it anyway. Amazing thing about the dish soap is that it doesn't dry out your hands! and it cleans dishes.
