I like the laundry detergent tablets a lot. They are simple and work very well in our washing machine. There is no excuse, in my mind, for buying liquid laundry detergent in thick plastic jugs. We tried the hand soap tablets and dispenser - big thick glass bottles. The pumps did not work well. It was difficult to get any soap out of them. I ended up throwing them (two or three) away.

Great website with lots of practical ideas for using less and giving the environment more TLC.

The products are great, but if you need to speak with customer service, forget it. They don't have a phone number and don't respond to emails. I was accidentally signed up for autoship and they sent email stating order was being prepared to send to an old address. I couldn't get hold of anyone to see if we could cancel or re-route the shipment. Although I love the products, I'm going to a business that actually cares about their customers.

Great customer service and product. They all work as advertised, and I am very pleased with the dishwasher, laundry, and toilet tablets and powder.

I was on your commerce store and to be honest it looks like a "go daddy" website beginner. My wife is nuts about products like yours but the navigation on your site is horrible. Tell Mr. Wonderful he needs to pay your company more attention. I would have bought but your product segmentation is abysmal

It's a good idea to try and be more environmental, but not if the company is hard to reach. My experience with their products is okay, not great but not bad, not good enough to keep using. I ordered the toilet tabs and the dishwashing tabs. Dishwashing tabs don't clean as well, and the toilets tabs are okay. Nothing spectacular about either. I was able to cancel my auto-ship, but trying to cancel my account is impossible, I don't appreciate that one bit. They need to treat customers with more respect, be more about customer service then money.

I love most of the Blueland products. So much so that I just ordered the large starter kit for my daughter. I am not crazy about the dish soap , but I have reordered everything else. It would be great if they could develop plastic free, clean scent beads for laundry.

Great products but all their payments are done by Shop. Shop I do not have an account obtained my credit card without my authorization and used it. At the time of purchase I used another credit card which was not used. The email confirmation does not include form of payment and therefore was found when I received a statement
