Shipping time was very reasonable. Ordering was easy. I love the dishwasher soap. This was my 2nd bag.

Blueland started out great. I ordered 2 hands soap starter kits and liked them so much I ordered 3 more dispensers and soap tablets. The soap tablets do not dissolve all the way unless the water is super hot. I usually microwave to clarify the water. The pumps on the soap dispensers break making the system useless. I wrote to find out how to replace. No word from them. They did not respond in 24 hours as promised. Big investment for such poor quality and service. Sorry I purchased.

I purchased this cleaning system and at first was pleased. Shortly after use, the triggers on the bottles were not working right. They don't return, making it impossible to spray more than once without stopping to pull the trigger back yourself. I've had the issue with the hand soap as well. Also there is a plastic cover over the sprayer that will pinch you when trying to spray. Customer service is great and they sent a replacement, eventually same issue. There is a defect in the engineering and hoping they fix and admit. Not environmentally friendly when you have to replace the Plastic often. Not convenient to have to replace as well...when you want to clean you want to clean, you don't want to have to sit down write to the company and wait several weeks for a replacement.

I picked up the bottle of glass cleaner to spray my eyeglasses and the top of the bottle just came unglued. The entire contents spilled all over my clothing, the counter and the floor. The first order I received the bottle had a crack in it and leaked. I have ordered replacement bottles without complaining to the company because I like the looks of the bottles and the product is good. I am now afraid all of the bottles will come unglued in due time. I have purchased 10 bottles over the last year and ahalf and several refills. Very disappointed in the bottles holding up for the kitchen.

AWESOME idea but POOR execution. The bottles break VERY VERY easily at the top seam. I've had all 3 break and even got a replacement for the 1st (thats 4 broken bottles). The hand-soap container is the only one I would recommend but the soap isn't the foamy-est.

I love the hand soap, smells great. The multi purpose solution smells terrible, like vomit. I thought maybe the tablet was off, so dumped the solution and made a new batch, same thing, smelled awful. I got new spray bottles for the multipurpose because their sprayers are cheaply made. Ill continue with the Blueland hand soap and continue with grove for multi purpose.

Great concept, products work well the most part. Big issue with dispensers,ie.foam hand pump and spray bottle heads. They have failed me more than once, requiring me to fight to get replacements. I have a spray head failing me right now, I am not looking forward with dealing with them for this issue again. I believe I will buy a generic spray bottle.You would think, they use my boast issues and other feedbacks to find another suppliers and furnish improved dispensers for their products.
