Ordered the product with no trouble and received it great service

I purchased the Skechers Mens Milford slip-ons. I thought the price was too good to be true but I took a chance and they arrived fairly fast and they were exactly as described on the website. The price was less than half of what I was seeing advertised elsewhere. I would definitely shop at Bluefly again.

I did not receive the correct item, nor was the proper one shipped out after I let customer service know. Responses take 48+ hours and were not always helpful. Disappointed that I did not receive the correct item before the vacation I was leaving on.

Although one of the three items I ordered worked out well. Two of the items were very disappointing. As a Canadian I found out only after purchasing (as I purchased by phone) that I could not return the items. The jeans I ordered I think may have been fake. I have multiple pairs of jeans from Lucky Brand stores and the jeans that arrived looked nothing like them and the sizing was way off. The watch I ordered was plastic - not at all what I thought. I used to recommend Bluefly. I will not any longer.
