I was sent the wrong merchandise. I returned it. Never received a credit. Contacted bluefly numerous times. No response back from customer service. No thank you.

One terrific place to shop. Had to return item for a different size. Staff could not have been more helpful or nicer. Smooth transition all the way. Will definitely shop again and tell family and friends about the positive experience.

It was really hard to deal with their customer service after you make the purchase even in few minutes.i order a shoe size 8 and they send me size 7 I didn’t know till i heart my feet .i didn’t call again because it was the worst deal I ever had. Do not deal with those people because if u call them they make fun of you . Shame there is a company in US like that !!!!!!
