Bought 3 pairs of shoes. Received the first one and it was the wrong color, 3 days later and still no answer as to what will happen. Received the second one, everything was great. The third one is still being processed. I have no information as to more or less when will it ship out.

I had an issue with a pair of shoes that was past the return date , I called and explained the details and Blue Fly assisted me :) they really went above nd beyond TY

It has an all round retail experience. And the prices are amazing .

My shipping address reverted to one on file when completing my order. I immediately called customer service to have this corrected. I was asked to call back since the order was not yet "visible" as it had just completed. I called back on three separate occasions and was told each time that the address would be updated with the vendor and someone would follow up with me by email once completed. In the end, the address was never changed, the items shipped to an address 3,000 miles from my home & I never received them and NO ONE ever followed up on my request to correct the address.

The buying process was easy and delivery notifications were accurate. I received exactly what i purchased and was in great condition. I purchased with a promotional discount during 4th of July so i got a good deal too. I would recommend Bluefly to friends and family.

Order came quickly, packed nice, product as expected. The necklace was a gift for Mother-in-law and she loves it.
