Shipping time is ridiculous. If you are going to sell something online and send out daily emails to keep advertising your products maybe you should deliver good customer service. People dont order something because they want it 2 months from now. When you are in a "niche" business like this with a ton of competition, you better get it together or you'll never have repeat buyers. Theres no reason it should take a week to even get it in the mail and then skimp with the slowest shipping known to man. Will never last like this.

I finally have recieved my order...3 weeks later brown and wet. I cant give this shit away! Do not buy from these people they take your money and ship you shit you did not order or it does not look like the pic of product they present. Super greens on line is far better then these clowns products.You will have no Jobs in November if congress has its way👿

ordered 2 weeks ago n never came. they lie lie lie all thru the town abt it being USPS, saying they’ll resend. nope, they’re taking huge amounts of orders n making a shit ton of money without sending shit out lately. no shit these bums are going outta business they stop giving a f-u-c-k abt the ppl that made them! srsly someone gotta sue these b*tches at some point. wish i could rate it an absolute zero, nobody here’s being dramatic. my oz is going to be dust when it comes, considering regularly it’s already dry gross nugs. absolutely unprofessional n disrespectful. DO NOT BUY, NO ID NEEDED WAS UR FIRST RED FLAG. i wish i could swear more freely i’m that outraged. was a customer for 2 years, now i really rather be scammed n laced by the street plug. RUN. update: both oringinal n reshipment came a whole month later dry asf.. but ig I’m able to smoke it? pretty damn lame tho think I’m gonna stick to their carts on Binoid :(

I reached out to them for a refund because after 10 days my order wasnt shipped and never arrived cant get anyone in customer service to help with the refund i will be contacting the BBB about this company I ordered my stuff Wednesday the 20th of May and here it is a week later and my package still saying pending acceptance at the post office I haven't received anything I will not be ordering from this company anymore and if yall ppl are smart yall won't waste your money here either I would suggest the website Buymyweed it's legit and quick and the customer service is phenomenal 🙂 if I could give bloomz a zero star review I absolutely would also there other site binoid isn't any better they sent me the wrong product instead of what I ordered from them last month please avoid these companies

These people lie to take ur money and then act like it’s a favor when they find out what happened or where your package is they’ve been lying to me for two weeks and it’s on its way and I finally got the tracking number and I looked it up myself and it’s still in their warehouse being held up for whatever reason but when I call, they tell me it’s already on its way. Obviously, it’s either one or the other and I don’t believe it’s on its way because it would be here it’s two weeks and I ordered three items. I got the first two within three days now 11 days later nothing and then they said cause on the 23rd you’re not even open on the 23rd of Saturday idiot I’m tired and then you know you can’t get a hold of anybody your company is a joke I’m never buying one thing from you again. I don’t care if you’re the only game in town I’ll quit rather than buy from you.

So I’m truly confused about this whole process and it’s been shady as soon as they received payment. My tracking number was sent and from the time it was sent never moved. I’m so glad I didn’t pay extra for expedited delivery. I’ve contacted bloomz as well as usps and they both have no real reason this happened but just to wait. I have never had anything like this happened to me it will be a week tomorrow and still no movement on tracking. I will give it 48 hours and I will be contacting my bank.

First off, and I don't care about the good reviews because they have to be fake. I've never seen so many bad reviews for the same problem. Don't try calling because they're never about to take your call at any time. Like another person that left a review I ordered on the 12th, and my package hasn't moved, and I don't expect it will.
