It took a month for my first order to get here. Gave me a 30% off coupon. Oder the 28 of August called and emailed again. Just move still won't be here till the 17 of Sept Do wait your time, customer service is terrible. I wouldn't recommend at all.

Long-time customer and have always had good experiences, but the last 2 times I have ordered USPS never receives the package, and I get told by Bloomz that the post office must have lost it. I ordered on 8/16 and have still not received anything. Called the customer service # and got hung up on. I guess it's time to find another supplier. I have no gotten a refund or the product I ordered.

Ordered in July called them about 3 weeks after They set me up with another order saying shipped only to cancel that then give me yet another label has been created order marked as shipped still nothing

I ordered the product in July I showed in progress to postal service. 8 days later it cancelled. The showed up again as a delivery item with postal service once again it disappeared no refund in sight customer service is no help matter fact rude

You tell me if it's a scam. I placed my order and it has sat waiting for USPS to receive order for more then a week. I told them over weekend that I'm contacting the back and this morning they issues a refund. But why would they refund if they HAD Shipped like they said?

They are possibly the worst company to order from. When you contact customer service about the shipping problems they give generic responses. Since this is a sister company, binoid seems to be no good either. They send out many emails prompting people to buy, but they hardly send the product out to ship. If you ever bought from anywhere else, they’re your best bet. Still haven’t gotten any updates about delivery from them, that 12 days ago.

Ordered on the 14th and arrived on the 24th. Really not bad at all for free shipping. I was extremely skeptical after reading all of these reviews, but they did in fact respond via live chat both times I wrote in and were very reassuring that my product was on the way. The bud itself looks and smells amazing, but the taste and high wasn’t really there. It could totally just be how I react to the strain. Given the customer service and the fact that I had no issues with my order, I’d be willing to try another flavor.

THEY LIED SAYING THEY SENT MY PACKAGE! TRIED TO BLAME IT ON USPS, AFTER CALLING USPS AND GIVING MY TRACKING THEY SAID “we haven’t received the package to ship”.. I email them asking for a refund for the 2nd time now and advised them exactly what USPS told me and I told them I want a refund ASAP. They responded the next day & give me a shipping refund.. stating the package is in transit.. they literally took it to USPS at 6:47 PM!!! I sent the message asking for a refund at 10 AM that morning and also three days prior to that!!!! And now they’re stating they can’t give me a refund
