i previously complained about the long delays in delivery and pointed out all the excuses they offered. I am now updating my previous comments with an this. After 31 days, I did finally get my product. It took too long, but I am very happy to report that I did finally get it. AND, Bloomzhemp gave me 50% off my order when I called to let them know I got my goodies.

Decent products. Absolutely awful CS and website. It's like they don't actually want people to buy their stuff.

I ordered a few 7s from here. The quality was actually decent, overpriced but decent so I decided to order a zip the next go around since with the discount it was a lot less per g. The only issue, the flower they sent in the zip didn't even look like the same product. Incorrectly dried and stored. Also, looked to be harvested waaaaay too early. Smelled very weird, like wet hay or grass. Definitely not the same quality, cut or cure as what was sent in the 7 gram bag. They reluctantly agreed to send another 28 of another strain which was a satisfactory resolution for me, it turned out to be pretty good but they were clear in their communication with me that this replacement was a one time only thing. They tried to gaslight me about the trash they first sent and said they would offer a one time only replacement out of the goodness of their heart like I should be greatful.
