There were a few issues dealing with customer service but persistence paid off in the end and my order was successfully placed. I am in Australia and flowers were to be delivered in Texas. I had had an aweful experience with Interflora, so went with Bloomex and was not disappointed. The flowers were delivered on time, they were beautiful, price was reasonable and there were order updates through the whole process. I would use this company again without hesitation. I was pleasantly surprised.

Awful service. They wrote an email to ask for an extra 15 $ just to get the order done, then never reached out when I asked if it was a scam. Cut to the day the bouquet ordered was supposed to be delivered and no progress, no email, nothing. I'll have to ask my bank to dispute the charge, I guess that's what I get for not checking reviews prior to ordering. Massive scam!

I paid for a delivery for Monday, the order arrived Wednesday. I paid for the product that they show: Chocolate Deluxe Gift Basket. I missed this apparently: Gift Basket will not be exactly as shown. But what they advertise is: By choosing the Chocolate Deluxe Gift Basket, you are opting for premium quality and variety. Each product within the basket has been carefully selected, ensuring that every bite is rich and satisfying. What was sent was rather average and mundane, but definitely not deluxe...

If I could leave less then 1 star, I would. I sent a basket as a gift and it contained dollar store type-product. No name brands. Mostly Turkey and Poland products. All extremely stale and hard and inedible. Very embarrassing!! After spending over $120 they offered a $25 credit to Bloomex. Ha! More horrible than I can express.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered flowers for a friend to be delivered yesterday. I then get an email overnight saying they need an extra $10 to deliver to that addresss or they can refund me. I contact them via live chat and ask for the refund. i speak to someone who tells me they need to escalate it and can't confirm a refund and to wait for an email.

Zero stars. Terrible service. I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered today, but I never received any updates about the delivery. I called multiple times, and the customer service representatives did not apologize or try to make the situation right. Instead, they kept asking me to call back and forth just to cancel the order and request a refund. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service. I would not recommend ordering from Bloomex.

Extremely poor customer service. If you ever want to deliver flowers do not use this service! They failed to deliver my flowers and then customer service was very unproffesional and rude.

I ordered a Christmas hamper on 9th December for delivery on the 17th. I was told it had not arrived by the 21st so contacted customer services who said they would check and get back to me. Nobody did, tried several times with same result, eventually asked for refund so I could try elsewhere only to be told that as the order was confirmed I could not cancel or have a refund even though it is not Christmas Eve and no one knows where the hamper is. Do not recommend these people at all.
