I love the customer support and that the program seems to change once in a while and it's always adding new features that are beneficial to my organization.

Very knowledgeable and patient…

As a donor database Bloomerang is easy…
As a donor database Bloomerang is easy to use. We were told Bloomerang could do memberships, however I had to create custom fields to be able to maintain my membership customers. As it does not have any back end working for these custom fields for rolling forward data, all membership data changes must be entered / changed be hand. If you are buying Bloomerang to replace a membership database, keep this in mind.

Bloomerang's Support Team is Outstanding
We are a small non-profit, but we are growing and needed the support of a CRM. After a lot of investigation we chose Bloomerang. One of the most helpful investments we made was to have Bloomerang Support. They have always been available to patiently teach and guide us as we learn how to operate in this "new world" for us. I aways get off the phone with Bloomerang Support feeling grateful!
