Great donor management software for the small to mid-size non-profit organizations. Training opportunities available. Very user-friendly.

The platform is easy to use and the tech support is excellent. I do, however, find some difficulty with the steps when running reports as it is not always intuitive and usually requires an online chat with tech support if you're not familiar with running reports on a consistent basis. Otherwise, Bloomerang provides us everything we need for our donor management system.

Our experience with Bloomerang has been excellent. From the start and at each step along the process to convert our info into their software each person who has been involved has kept us informed, answered questions and guided us. Some reports were structured at the time of conversion but for any specialty reports that we needed to create they explained how to add the criteria to get the desired outcome in the report. This is definitely a step up from trying to do everything on a spreadsheet as we previously did. The option for National Change of Address information reporting is well worth the expense if you do any mailings to donors.
