We have heard from many clients on this topic as well. Hey Dennis! Thank you for your review! In regards to prices, BlockFi takes principal risk on all transactions, meaning we hedge transactions by buying or selling assets directly. This makes us different from exchanges with an order book in which client orders are matched against each other. To manage this principal risk, the prices BlockFi offers to our clients for buying and selling digital assets may vary, on average, + / - 1% relative to an asset's spot index price. In terms of withdrawals, we are actively working to find ways to increase speed of withdrawals while also remaining secure in order to protect our clients.
