It's nice to have a phone number to call in and actually speak with a human being. I've always had any question answered or issue resolved right away.

Good but could be better. The app is annoying due to constantly logging in again without easy Touch ID function. The interest is great though.

Excellent service, reliable and serious assistance. The only flaw is that everything is not very dynamic, and withdrawals never take place on the day of the request.

Wish there was more features and news about BlockFi when I’m logged in.

So far it's fine though the funds took a long time to transfer from my checking account to BlockFi (around 10 days).

Love receiving interest on my crypto. Their app interface is great. I’d give them another star if they reduced the time it takes for deposited money to be available for trades. Five business days is excessive. If your portfolio is enough collateral then it should be instantaneous. Also there needs to be a Limit Buy option. I would have a lot more cash sitting there if it could be setup to catch the dips at 2am.
