First card details were 'wrong' then card 'not accepted', then 'we offer this wonderful extra item' to what I had wanted and ordered. I contacted their 'help' line and received a lot of garble using dollars for a UK purchase. About half an hour later, the order as placed was confirmed. After five days of more non-help the order was dispatched. Then £15+ to pay customs duty. Not greatly impressed with quality so considering keep regardless or return (at our expense). Then saw card statement showing two transactions. The right one PLUS £34 for which we had no receipt and was presumably for the 'wonderful extra offer'. Don't trust them! It's going back - just hope we now get full refund.

We’ve now purchased 4 Blissy pillow cases - my husband likes them too. They feel amazing, which I think is primarily due to the soft ‘no friction’ feel of the silk on my skin and hair.

So happy with my blissy pillow case!!!! After I got mine, my boyfriend decided he might want one. And then my sister got them after I told her about my improved sleep. Super product. Impeccable customer service. Blissy pillowcases are well made, they wash and iron perfectly. Most important : they enable a refreshing night's sleep with great benefits to skin and hair. I am an 'older' lady but it is never too late to discover something good !

I would love to give this report in honor of BLISSY. I read about these pillowcases and the reports on them. I was impressed and interested. I decided to give it a try... a little hesitant at 1st because of the price but also knew there was a strong return policy. I ordered one king size navy pillowcase. Received it in just a few days ... excited to put it to the test WOW AMAZINGLY and the best ever. 1. My face felt soft and moist. No dryness from overnight sleep. 2. My hair was smooth, not tossed or messy. 3. The cool comfort of my pillowcase was so comfortable it puts a smile on the face👍 I was sick from a spider bite. I carried my pillow with my BLISSY cause on it to lay on sofa as a recover point. I wanted the cool effect since I had a fever and wanted my hair to stay in place. To sum this long story up, I ordered another king navy blue which I’m waiting on the delivery so I can have a spare to take with me to homes or motels I sometimes visit. Wonderful products. So soft. Long lasting. Worth the money.

Blissy pillowcases are very good quality. Since buying my first one I ordered 3 more. My face and hair have definitely benefited from using them as never get face creasing and bed head. The only drawback is I tend to have to pay duty on them so maybe they can sort that out - it is only a couple of ££ but still
