I bought this silk, expensive pillowcase as it said it was good for skin on face. It is supposed not to absorb oils and moisture in skin, unlike cotton and other fabrics which do. Those with dry skin wake up without that taut dry skin feeling, moisture is retained. That's the promise. I have been using my pillowcase for 6 days now and have noticed NO change, very disappointing. It has not come up to expectations.

Not free shipping as they falsely advertise! We placed an order of 2 pillowcases from Uk and about a week later received an email from customs advising we had to pay an extra £12! So we ended up paying £110 for 2 pillowcases! They are nice but way too much expensive and not worth your hard earned cash. Don’t do it.

my mother fell for one of their popup adverts on 11th July, and bought one of these, it arrived on 17th September, she used it for one night and it gave her terrible rash on her face. she contacted Blissy to complain and return it and they have ignored her emails and instead added her to some annoying mailing list which it seem impossible to unsubscribe from. Having read their customer returns policy which is very different from their advert claiming money back guarantee.. if you have used the pillow at all you apparently cant return it... i wonder how your supposed to tell it has toxic chemicals on it if you cant take it out of the packaging go on their online chat, and its just another way for them to send you junk mail because no-one is there it says "we just need a few details" as if your going to be connected to a person, so you give your email address to move forward then they tell you we usually reply within a few hours! there must be some kind of chemical on the pillow because mum has absolutely no problem with silk clothes which she has a lot of. - rating amended as FINALLY HAD SOME CORRESPONDENCE AND AFTER SPENDING £18 ON POSTING IT BACK RECORDED DELIVERY (and having lost the original customs charges of "importing" it) we did get her original payment money back from blissy. also we both have been removed from their junk email list successfully Thanks you

Have not received the product yet but have just had an email demanding payment of import tax. Do not order from the UK as the site does not make it clear that this invoice will be coming - free delivery??? I think not. False advertising more like.

Love the feel of my new blissy pillow cases infact I got four so I can give as presents So already spent £134 with free delivery However be aware if ordering for the UK As my package couldn’t be released until I paid another £15 for customs which I didn’t know about , Which put the dampeners on it really FREE delivery yet had to pay £15 !!!!

I was super excited about this product, not only the quality seemed to be good, but the branding is amazing, but that when the beauty of the entire experience ends - just look at it, and buy it somewhere where you actually receive your package!!! Not only did Blissy send the package to the wrong address, which I'm still amazed by (how can you copy-paste the address incorrectly?!), but the customer support is horrible and I wasted a ridiculous amount of time trying to find my parcel, which as it turned out was sent back to Blissy, as the address that they provided was incorrect. You may think that that's the end, that they would issue a refund and the case will be closed, but no, not only they didn't, they're not responding, so at this point, the only thing left for me in order to get my money back is going with the chargeback procedure. Avoid at all costs, it's a scam!

Ridiculous! Don’t order this. Accidentally hit the button and bam I was charged $179 dollars. Unable to talk to a human to get the order canceled. Crappy website and no way to contact them. Cancel my order!

This company is a scam. When you call the number on the website they say they’re “locating an agent” and then it goes to voicemail after 10 minutes of being on hold. You submit a questions through their chat and they never get back to you, and they delete the comments of customers wondering where their orders are on Instagram. Finally got through to someone on the phone and she says “their Instagram is to only post content not to respond to customer service questions”. She didn’t seem to care about my order issues either, did absolutely nothing to ensure something was going to be done about my missing order except said “well this was just purchased last week”.. well I wouldn’t have called if I didn’t receive an email stating it was being shipped out and a tracking number that hasn’t been updated in 5 days, several other people said the same with their orders on their Instagram page but their comments were deleted a well. BUYER BEWARE!!
