I have a health condition that makes my head hot when I lie down. I have tried a few silk pillow cases, but the only one that keeps my head cool is the Blissy. It sometimes warms up before I fall asleep, but I just shake it for a minute or two, or turn the pillow round. It is wonderful, and I sleep so much better than I have for years. It also helps my hair to keep smooth and not get tangled. It is wonderful.
