Ordered on Black Friday and I won’t have my order in time for Christmas. Not sure if I’ll get it at all. No one replies on email, best to avoid.

I love my pillow case. It definitely helps to keep my curls in usable condition for the next day, which is my main reason for liking it. It is also more comfortable for my face.

I placed an order for the silk scrunchies on Black Friday. The sale was buy 3 get 1 free. I was very excited for this. I had never ordered from Blissy before and was excited because of what I had heard about their products. I signed up as a first time customer and received a bonus coupon so with the cyber sale and my coupon I was receiving 60% off. I placed the order and received the receipt which reflected a total spend of $112.38 and a discount if $71.37. I should have been charged $41.12. Instead I was charged $84.19. I have reached out to their customer support and provided them the receipt which reflects the discount and they will not adjust. I will be disputing with my credit card company but very disappointed in how they do business and will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered 5 pillowcases from the Black Friday sale. I didn’t realize I would need to be present for the delivery, so I wasn’t home. I left the state the next day for the holidays. I got an email that the delivery failed and that I would need to pick it up at a post office. Normally, no problem. But the last day I can pick it up is the day I return from being away for the holidays. I asked customer service if they could extend the hold and asked which post office the package was delivered to a few times with no response. They just keep telling me to contact “my local post office”. I live in NYC, I have no idea what “my local post office” is. Customer service seems completely disinclined to help me in any productive way, and they seem annoyed that I am contacting them. I think this is my last purchase from a Blissy sadly. Great products, but the snark when something goes wrong isn’t worth it.

Excellent products, quick delivery, long lasting if taken care of properly after all the product is silk, expensive although considering how long it lasts(decades if taken care of) is a win win & I thank you

I love my silk pillow case! It is so soft against my skin and hair. I have been using it for many years now, since I take a few extra minutes to wash it by hand every week. When I do need to replace it eventually, I will be contacting Blissy, for sure!

Very efficient ordering process. Great selection of colors and comparable prices to other silk pillow cases.
