If only you could give no stars! My delivery of 3 Christmas presents has been stuck at Heathrow customs since Dec 2nd. Blissy have done nothing to help. I would not recommend. Get your silk items from John Lewis instead! I am £170 out of pocket.

Very frustrating experience with this company. Like many people I was under the impression this company operated in the UK as the site said Blissy UK and the prices were in Sterling. I ordered on the 28th November 3 pillow cases for Christmas presents. The items arrived in the UK from the USA on the 7th December and according to DHL tracking are still in ‘clearance processing’ as of today the 5th January. This has occurred because Blissy doesn’t pay the customs and leaves it as a surprise for customers to discover. I haven’t been contacted by customs, so assume a huge backlog and Blissy and DHL suggest I contact them myself!? I don’t really know how customs work but you would think an international shipper would! Blissy have basically taken my money and shirked all responsibility for me getting what I paid for. I recommend you avoid this company at all costs their business practice is somewhat shady and their customer service is considerably lacking. It is a shame you can’t award 0 stars. I hope my credit card company can recover the money I paid.

Purchased 2 king pillowcases as a Christmas gift and received 1 king and 1 queen. I have contacted customer service at the number posted 7 times since 12/29 and have sent several emails and have never received a response. Customer service never picks up. Reporting to BBB. Buyer beware!

I am extremely disappointed with my Blissy silk pillowcase. I have had it less than a year and the zip has completely come away from the case. After contacting Blissy they informed me I had not taken out a protection policy. I have had other pillowcases for a 1/4 of the price for years without any protection policy. I will not be recommending this product as it is a rip off!!

Do not use this company. Placed an order with Blissy 01/12/20 thinking it would give them plenty of time to deliver before Christmas but no. I emailed then around 26/12 to advise my order had not arrived and gave them my order number in the body of the email. They got back to me a few days later saying they cannot help me without my full name or order number. I then replied with my order number again but have not heard back since. When checking my order online from 1st Dec it has only just been scanned into the depot in Compton on 02/01/21

I have ordered from Blissy several times as I use them myself and have given them as gifts. I have never had a problem with delivery or customer service. The products are very nice and upscale. I know the prices are high, but you get what you pay for. Everyone I have given them to, love them. I love sleeping with them as well. Definitely a true difference from regular pillowcases. I will continue to purchase and give as gifts.

Terrible Customer Service Experience. Wanted to cancel order since cost was higher than what I expected. I tried to cancel and was told it was too late that the order was already sent out, but did not receive for two more weeks. They said I read the ad incorrectly and would not issue a return label. Pretty much called me a liar. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I wish I would have checked reviews better before purchasing.

I purchased a silk pillowcase but decided to cancel my order as it wasn't going to arrive in time for my wife's birthday. So I canceled my order within 10 minutes of ordering and paying for it. I got an automated email saying your refund will be processed in 5 days. However after 5 days went by no refund. Another 5 days went by and still no refund just the same automated email. So after about 10 emails back and forth for nearly 3 weeks... I eventually got my refund. If I didn't chase them for it I doubt I would have ever got a refund. Very poor customer service and all of their emails only have a standard automated response. They take your money, but if you have an issue they don't want to know..!
