The pillowcase has shredded on each end after careful handwashing and drying and I have only had the item for 17 months. Because I don't contact the company within 12 months the only offer was 25% off a new order. The damage clearly stated well before 17 months and I explained that I tried to repair it myself which failed. I wasn't looking for a free replacement however a greater discount would have gone a long way. .My final email stating this was ignored. This isn't my first silk piece and I had never had an issue until now. This was my first purchase from Blissy and will be my last Faulty product and bad customer service, very disappointed. The only useful reviews are honest ones, good or bad.

The two pillow cases I bought did not last even if I wash my hand in soap for silk… they literally fell apart ! Very disappointed ! They are so expensive they should last longer than less than Year! I will not buy again… not at that price !!!! Quality is not there !
