Dear Blissy, I am responding to your email to tell you that one of my Blissy pillowcases fell apart. The zipper completely came off. I am so disappointed! I am also still annoyed because the last order that I did with you was delivered to the wrong address three streets over from where I live! I had received an email saying that it was delivered! If the person who was honest did not call me, they looked up my address, to tell me I would have been out of that pillowcase! When I did try to contact your customer service department they told me that there was nothing that they could do! I did not even get an apology. And now my pillowcases have fallen apart which is disgusting considering how much I paid for it! And I did follow your washing instructions! I am telling you this to inform you and Blissy. I just turned 57 and the Blissy pillow case is amazing. Before I used it I would wake up with creases on my face and because of my age, it would take up to 4 hours for them to disappear. Now I wake up every morning with a smooth beautiful face. Thank you Blissy for making such a wonderful product.

My boyfriend falls asleep later than me, but we both like to go to bed at the same time. We both like leaving the TV on for the noise (usually watching Forensic Files). I can't stand the light emitting from the TV and I FINALLY found a sleep mask that actually covers the light from every direction, and it is such a soft material. I love everything about the sleep masks and will be purchasing the pillow cases very soon.

I have very sensitive skin and have been using silk pillow cases for years: But, BLISSY is the best one I've ever come across. The silk is a beautiful weight with a lovely sheen and I just love them. I intend to only use BLISSY from now on.

I have ordered several Blissy items. I have a wonderful and very pretty silk pillowcase that I love. My hair loves it too. I have noticed a difference in the mornings and my hair moves easily back into place. The pillowcase is easy to put on the pillow and it looks very nice. It has a concealed zipper at one end so it maintains a very attractive look and shape. I also have purchased several sleep masks. These masks are the very best I have every had. They cover my eyes perfectly and stay in place. They are comfortable as well. I love Blissy. It is a great product. Even though it costs a bit more, it is worth it!!!
