Lovely dress but too tight on top

I purchased countless blissy pillow cases and gifted them after loving the product. I soon found out the pillow cases begin to tear at the zipper and reached out to the company without replacements or recourses. The product cost too much not to have a guarantee beyond 90 days. I had a pillow case in every color so used them in intervals, which is why I reached out to the company. After they stated they couldn’t replace them, I sent them back to the company headquarters postage paid by me to show them their product

Order took literally forever to come and they had sent the wrong item. I immediately called and spoke to a less than friendly person who sent me a return label and said the error would be corrected as soon as they could get to it. Even though I returned the incorrect item, I still haven't received the correct item I originally ordered. I expressed in my call that I needed the item quickly because I was leaving for a long trip aboard. Obviously my urgent need wasn't important enough. The Blissy thrill is gone away for me.

Consistent quality

Well constructed item. Should be washed in a garment bag otherwise damage could be done to zipper.
