DO NOT buy from this company. They charged me an extra $500.00 and I called to cancel and they did not. They I had to pay $22.00 to return the items I didn't order. I emailed them to ask for a refund and they don't care. Terrible service. I now had to call my credit card to refute these charges. Get a pillowcase from a reputable company

Ordered some pillowcases as Christmas gifts. The quality was fine, but the customer service was not at all what I expected from a company selling expensive, luxury items (or any items for that matter.) Here's what happened- Immediately after placing my order, I realized I had made an error in my item selection. I picked the wrong pattern pillowcase, but my payment had already gone through. I immediately recognized my error and emailed blissy customer service. I was incredibly relieved when I was told that the item could be changed and the agent verified the order would be fixed prior to shipment. Then, without any follow up, I received a notification that the order was shipped without being corrected, and there was nothing they could do about it. Why tell me it would be resolved then? After receiving the package, weeks later, it was indeed the incorrect order. I again contacted customer service and sent them screenshots of my original communication where I was told the order would be corrected. No solution was offered other than for me to send back the incorrect item, at my expense. Shipping was so slow, I knew there was no way I would get the replacement in time for Christmas. These are not inexpensive items that were purchased, but the customer service was terrible, confusing, and extremely disappointing. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Terrible waste of time and money.

These are amazing! So soft and comfortable to sleep on. I'm a side sleeper so I don't feel bad putting my face down on this pillowcase

Delivery was fast.I have enjoyed every night but one(case was still damp) on my Blissy.My hair loves,my skin loves it.Whether this helps skin or not,it feels really wonderful ! I have bought 5 for Christmas gifts and was delighted to take advantage of a sale.My niece was thrilled with her Blissy birthday gift-she knew all about them but could never buy one till after student loans are paid off.If you can afford it give them for Christmas.

The pillowcases are very nice. My problem is that I can’t use four, especially of the same size and it’s so much more expensive to buy just one.

Mine did not wash well. Yes I have the detergent and yes, I have the bag to wash it in. I’ve done all the instructions and just wash. I’m not happy.
