Love the silk pillowcase but what is disappointing is that the zips do not last long under a year maybe six months. Even though washed correctly and never put in the dryer. You also say there is a Guarantee but when I advised I had two pillows cases that the zippers broke in a short space of time you only replaced one!! I have stopped buying your pillow cases because of this. TerryAnn

First of all, the customer service is amazing. The products are beautiful, soft and durable. I bought my friend diagnosed with breast cancer a basket of goodies that included blissy products. I couldn't have sent a better gift. She had very little hair loss. She was so grateful

This company is a scam. The quality is not great, there are cheaper similar items on Amazon. If you return something they will net credit you and will say you sent back a package with nothing in it.
