I wear my Blissy silk hair bonnet every night, as well as sleep on a silk pillowcase. My hair is naturally course and curly and without the silk pillowcase that I love for my face and the silk bonnet that I love for my hair, my hair is otherwise frizzy and ragged looking. In the mornings I can pull off the silk bonnet, shake out my hair and it’s good to go. Without the Blissy silk bonnet my hair is a bad bedhead mess.

I have made two purchases. The first purchase, I was thrilled, so I made a second purchase. Unfortunately, the top of the pillowcase near the zip tore. When I contacted customer service, I was told my purchase was over a year ago. Which technically my first purchase had been just over a year. However that was not the case with my second purchase. Unfortunately, it has now happened to a total of three of my pillowcases. If you are like me and expect your pillowcase to last more than a year, I would not recommend these pillowcase. I am a believer you pay for what you get. For the cost of this product, I certainly expected better quality.

Love the pillow case which I have been looking for for years. Stays cool throughout the night. Highly recommended.

The pillow cases are high quality and well fitted. They even wash up nicely without wrinkling.

I have Blissy is every size for a variety of different jobs. They are perfect. I try not to loose them because they are a little pricey but my tender locks are worth it.

I have purchased from Blissy several times (Christmas presents etc) and was actually very happy with the quality of the products I received. One of the products I previously ordered was a silk hair bonnet which was silk both inside AND out - this makes sense as you want your hair against the silk (which is what it is meant for and what they advertise) and it was really lovely, BUT the last purchase I made recently was not as expected, it was a hair bonnet (cascading) for long hair which I bought for my daughter as a gift - their products are pricey so you expect a certain level of quality. This is when I became a dissatisfied customer …. This hair bonnet is only silk on the outside ! I naturally assumed it would be the same as the one I bought previously, so I complained to their customer service and this is where I have an issue - they were not helpful in the slightest, and emailed back to say that the cascading hair bonnet is not double sided silk and invited me to make another purchase! I was not happy with this so emailed back telling them that this should be stated on their website so customers know what they are buying as it is misleading; they completely ignored my email, so I sent another and got a response to say I was welcome to send the item back in unused condition and original packaging for a refund - to which I replied that it would cost me half of what I paid for the item to ship it back to them , and suggested in future they include the information on the website that it is not double sided silk like the other hair bonnets they sell- I got no reply. I felt completely fobbed off and annoyed that I had wasted my money. It is so important to provide good customer service and I’m afraid to say theirs is shockingly bad. It has put me off using their company again which is a shame as all the other products were great- they really need to work on their communication and how they handle complaints, I was dissatisfied for a valid reason and would have thought they would have at least offered a gesture of good will. If they want good reviews they need to treat their customers better.

I got a silk pillowcase from Blissy in October 2020, and since then I have bought about 10 more from them over the last few years. I have sets of several different colors now and have only had good experiences. They’re durable and wash well, and the silk is lovely (way better than silk products I’ve gotten from Quince and Amazon brands).

Super soft, great for my skin, and helped my hair keep from breaking, and frizzing. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
