As I enjoy the products. The delivery is lacking. It takes a long time to receive and if you need to return or exchange the process is a bit daunting and should not have to pay for a rerun shipping if one is exchanging. This happened to me last time. Instead of allowing an exchange with fee shipping. I had to process a return. Reorder. And pay for the return shipping. Who has time for that!

For many years now I have been a loyal customer of Blissy. Not only are their pillow cases superb for keeping my hair neat and smooth but my face is also wrinkle free and the products I use stay on my skin and not absorbed by ordinary cotton pillow cases. The pillowcases are strong and soften very quickly and nice with washing. The colors are rich and vibrant and they stay that way. The zippers are a very different story. They are sharp, intrusive and dangerous. Not only do they scratch the wood, I’ve flipped them into my mate’s face and once on the eyelid. Nasty.
