Terrible customer service and poor quality pillow case. Zipper broke after a few uses on one. Got the run around . Apparently my washing by hand and hanging to dry damaged the zipper …. Finally they conceded to replace it . They had my order I sent pictures of the existing pillow case , and they sent me a different one that did not match . Called them and was told to pay the postage send it back and they’d replace it . This after many many hours and emails and wasted time . At that point I quit . Silk is okay but construction of the pillow case is not . Then they bully you and give you the run around . Do NOT recommend . They keep asking me for a review , so here it is .

Blissy was the first pillow case that I tried. I loved the feeling I loved the way the zipper was and the pillowcase was perfect. I had to buy more than one because I had a new puppy that would chew the corners off the pillows. Eventually with replacing so many pillows I tried other brands and I’ve now mostly using KITSCH. They too are also nice but not as nice as the Blissy ones. The reason I use the other one is basically price. The Blissy pillows are much more expensive than the other ones. I would love to be able to afford them, but I have to go with a cheaper brand.

I love the pillowcases so much. I bought two, so that when we change our bedding there is always a clean one to use. I like the coolness of the silk against my skin. I don't see how you can improve perfection!

So very comfortable! I get no wrinkles on my face when I wake up. The pillow cases are cool, soft and luxurious. I love them!

I have used several other brands and always come back to Blissy. It checks all my boxes for comfort and staying on my head. I only wish they made one a little wider for bigger heads.

Blissy has the best products for your hair, face, and comfort! My hair stays fresh for days using my turban night. I sleep so much better with my pillow case. And my face feels and looks much better when I wake up.

First off, these pillow cases are very hot, especially in the summer. Second, in order to maintain the softness, I have to handwash, and more importantly, iron in order to bring back the silkiness. And they have done nothing for my face or hair, after using for a year. But, they are lovely and well made and make nice gifts, even with the above minuses.
