Love my Blissy! My hair looks great in the morning.

I love my pillow cases. My hair never tangles and skin is so smooth. I have bought them for friends and they are really impressed. I wash mine by hand and they do not need ironing. They are well worth the money.

I was given a pillow case for my Birthday, from one of my sisters. I have bought 3 king size since then. I absolutely love Blissy pillow cases. I need a rose pink color now for my new sheets. I try my best to buy when they are on sale.

Absolutely love these pillowcases. They wash up well and feel great I wouldn’t buy from any other brand! I’ve bought them for family as a present and everyone loves them!

While Blissy has a good reputation, I found my experience to be less than desirable. I purchased a silk pillowcase during a sale, and found it to be great..until I had to wash it. I followed the instructions on the tag, and after washing it, the texture wasn't the same after, and there were some darker spots. I reached out to customer service and I feel like whomever responded to my inquiry was probably an AI automated customer service reply bot because my issue was not addressed. I was not offered a solution, but instead I was sent washing and drying instructions, which I had already followed, as stated in my email. When I replied with a follow-up e-mail, I was ignored and my issue was never resolved. I ended up having to throw away my pillowcase, as it was no longer comfortable and soft. Not worth the nearly $80 I spent, and I won't be buying from Blissy again.

It is surreal, almost magical when you scan/shop a website, find a product you really like, think about the quality and the accompanying price point, then jump in and have your "why not?" and "what the heck" moment, place an order, receive your package (just when they said it would arrive), and the product is everything they said it would be! My silk pillowcases are amazing; devine! Hair and skin wake up refreshed. Wow! Christmas is coming ... hmmm :) P.S. I like to shake out and press right out of the washer. The result is amazing - like what a dry cleaners does to your silk shirt!
