Buyer beware. This brand is overrated and the customer service is downright rude and unhelpful. The mask ships from the U.S., so if you’re outside the States and it doesn’t work for you, you’re stuck paying very expensive return shipping out of pocket — and they won’t cover it. For the price, the design is extremely disappointing. The strap is not adjustable, so you have no way to customize the fit. For me, it was uncomfortable and impractical, especially if you have sensitive eyes or care about your lashes. Overall, this felt like an expensive mistake with poor support and a rigid return policy. I wouldn’t buy from them again. Also I tried to post a review on their website and it never posted. Super sketch.

Love my pillowcases! I've had them for several years now and bring them when I travel. They stay cool & comfortable all through the night, even with hot flashes. They wash very well, (I hang to dry) the zipper has held up and the fabric has stayed in shape.

Beautiful colors, perfect fabric, and a nearly invisible zipper make this my favorite pillowcase. I give them for Christmas gifts also.

I ordered 2 standered size pillow cases on 07/04/2024 I hand wash them gently with gentle detergent, the pillow is the correct size of the cases and still, both of them have ripped badly. One of the rips is so bad its opened then entirety of one of the sides. Both rips were near the zip which is so poorly designed. £71 on pillow cases (with discount) and after 1 year they are so badly broken? This is a joke. So I emailed support with my order number, photos of the cases and how I cared for them. They offered me 25% off and that’s all they could do because it had been over a year. I emailed back saying I was still disappointed and asked if anything else can be done, they ignored my request and just gave me the code anyway.

Zip broke very quickly after purchase .. contacted Blissy and just got an automated response re the quality of their product .. very poor service for an expensive item .. do not waste your money!

I love my pillow cases! They make my hair and face look and feel so much better in the morning than when I was using other fabrics. I don’t get the pillow case wrinkles on my face anymore and my hair doesn’t get frizzy from moving my head throughout the night. However, the price is an issue for me, so I can’t buy them too often, even if they’re on sale, but that’s usually when I would buy them. They’re worth the money, just not very often! Another thing that I have a problem with still, despite the claims that they keep you cool at night is that I still find myself having to flip my pillow or switching pillows to get a cool side to sleep on again. I don’t know if it has to do with the pillow or the case, but I don’t find that the case stays cool (probably cooler, maybe than most), but not on the part that your head rests. I’m a side sleeper, so maybe it’s just more noticeable to me. Sometimes I can sleep through the night without flipping my pillow and other nights, I have to flip it 2-3x…I’ve bought them several times over the years and tried some different colors and have even bought the headband and scrunchie. The different colors are fun, but I rarely use them now because they don’t match any of my sheets/decor. But they’re great to have if I want something different.

I bought Blissy for myself & my 4 sisters. We all love them ! No more wrinkle indents on my face & no more knotty mess of my very fine hair.
