The company just creates tracking labels and makes it look like they shipped the product but they really don't ship anything. There has been no change in the tracking for over 3 weeks now and customer service is just sending canned replies. DO NOT BUY THE HYPE OF THIS STUPID COMPANY. Starting a case with PayPal for a full refund !!!! Update: After starting case with PayPal for full refund, the company responded to PayPal that they are checking. Now, the old tracking has also been removed and no further response has been received. What a mess of a company!!!

I would NEVER order again from Blissy!! Has all the appearance of a scam! I want to return a sleeping mask and they could not have made it more confusing and difficult!! When I talked with customer service they were rude, disrespectful and hung up one me! The return instructions I received were erroneous and I wasted so much time and energy attempting to follow those instructions. Had I been proactive and read the reviews before I got burnt by this company, I would NOT have placed an order! I would rejoice in the news that Blissy got their comeuppance and had to close their doors!

Good quality silk pillowcase. My skin and hair feel smooth. No shading of hair on my pillow

I loved the pillowcase when I first purchased it but by the 3rd washing per instructions it looks like a rag, lost its sheen and smoothness. Waste of money and do not use anymore.

two pillow case were bought a couple of years ago and the seams are coming apart. blissy says nothing can be done. for the price you pay customer service should send replacements. when they are not falling apart we love them.

I ordered buy 3 get 1 free. I washed the cases in a mesh bag on gentle cycle in cold water. The zipper broke on one pillowcases and another pillowcase seams began raveling inside after the FIRST wash. They are not standing buy the guarantee. Im not satisfied. You can forget about customer service. I called twice about returning the items and the minute they heard the word returns. I was instantly hung up on. Very untrustworthy company. Read the reviews and check out BBB. There are many complaints.
