Getting my RX approved and my eye drops sent out has been very easy. I did receive one notice of a refill being sent out just 1 week after I received a 3 month refill, so not sure what happened there. I did not receive an extra so must have been a system glitch. Customer service has been great including reaching a pharmacist with my questions. And Meibo is making a difference. Just with it wasn't such a project to use, but Wirth there relief from. my Dry Eye.

I was told there was potential for the cost of Miebo to be $29 instead of $60 when insurance denies coverage. My insurance will not pay for Miebo and I am having to pay $60 each month. This is a lot of money for a medication that is sold over the counter in Europe.

Once you ship the product it takes forever for it to get delivered!

The product experience is very promising. I have such great results with my eyes. The company keeps up with ALL my prescription reminders and deliveries. With my busy life it feels good to have someone take some of the burner off my shoulders.

I can instill usually just once a day. It does not blur my vision, burn/irritate eyes like some others. I use with another product/eye scrub and typically I have no issues all day/night. Main thing is that it does not burn.

Took care of insurance and sending it out regularly. I don't have to think about it.

I never have to remind it's time to refill.
