I missed their first 2 calls and thought they would give up on me, but they didn't. They sent my drops and I received them within a few days. I'm getting ready to reorder so we will see how that goes. So far this company is very easy to work with.

Difficult to start an Rx’ no one to talk to; confusing directions on how to access; no information on how to refill. Love the drops but the bottle doesn’t hold enough for a month of supply and it is very hard to squeeze out one drop.
