Horrible. You can't get away from this company! They disclosed how much a prescription would cost me and I told them NOT to fill it, I am not going to get the prescription. Since then they keep calling and emailing. I have UNsubscribed numerous times but they keep emailing. And they keep leaving messages stating I have a prescription waiting even though they have been told I am not filling. STAY AWAY, you'll never get away from them.

Very Disorganized! Problems every time with order. Problems with the website ( said no orders when needed receipt for taxes). At the end of 2024,when I fell into “ catastrophic” category& could save $250 month , I tried to get a 90 day supply for Miebo eye drops. I had several refills & Medicare authorization for 90 day supply. I called numerous times & 5 different agents said “ ok”, will send , but still got only 1 , costing me an extra $750 by having to fill monthly at regular price. Every agent said that the agent before screwed up , & they would take care of it, but none did. Every other pharmacy in the US can fill a non scheduled drug for 90 days , if there are refills, & insurance approval . New company , very disorganized!
