Great communication about my prescription and super fast shipping!

They are horrible. It took 2 weeks to get my prescription so I ran out of my medication. Thankfully, it wasn’t a heart medication or I’d probably be dead. First, they didn’t send it to their partner pharmacy, Village Fertility, for several days. I contacted Village Fertility that Saturday and they told me the prescription had been filled and was going to be shipped that day. However, they never even created a shipping label until the following week and even then didn’t deliver it to the shipper for several days more. It took 2 full weeks to get my prescription when I was told it would be in a few days. And, even then when it was so late they sent it by regular mail. BlinkRX is highly unreliable. Their customer service is friendly but you’ll get a different story from every person you talk to. Also, the tracking information for the shipment was incorrect and nobody replied to my email to provide the correct information. The tracking link that didn’t work that they sent along with the number was for UPS. Yet, they sent it by USPS. After this fiasco, I looked into the company. Turns out Donald Trump Jr. is on the board of directors. It’s no wonder they don’t know what they’re doing. I’m now filling my prescription at a local pharmacy rather than dealing with these people who obviously don’t know what they’re doing.

It was a repeat word for word of our last conversation: the Miebo was said last week to have been expedited. It has not come and I am out of my first order. Today the woman said she'd expedite it. BlinkRX is unlike any pharmacy I've dealt with and that's a lot. The person with whom I spoke today was very polite, it's not her fault.
