It was very quick and easy

This is the first time I've gotten my medication in the mail. It was here 2 days after my order was placed. The representative I talked to explained the program and answered all my questions. So thankful for a program that can help people on a limited income to still get medication they need. Truly a Godsend

Really great product for my eyes. I’m not happy that my insurance is wanting me to try two other products first before they will cover it. I am guessing the people making that decision do not have an ophthalmologist doctorate degree.

My Opthomologist referred me to BlinkRX. They were quick to respond, worked with my insurance (who did not cover my prescription cost) and then they let me know that I could receive the prescription at no cost through a program with the manufacturer. The total time from that first call until the receipt of the prescription to my doorstep was 3 days. BlinkRX staff were extremely helpful and efficient and I was grateful that I qualified for the program, (and that they took the time to explain). Exceptional service.

I am very unhappy with my experience with Blink. The medication we needed for our son is not covered by insurance so we had to pay for it out of pocket and checked ahead of time with the manufacture about the medication expiration date and called Blink about it as well. But when the medication arrived it had literally half the stated expiration date—meaning this literally will double our costs out of pocket since the drug we needed is just for emergency allergic reactions. Blink refused to replace it. At an in-person pharmacy we could have checked the expiration date prior to purchase rather than be out hundreds of dollars. Would not recommend Blink at all.
