The company did great shipping the product. I just hate the Miebo dispenser and process. I have autism and it’s very hard to use. And feels like putting olive oil in your eyes. I hope someday they make it in single use vials like restasis. I’m probably going to run out of it before the month is up and my eyes will be in pain bc it’s impossible to use the drops correctly.

I canceled the medication hours after placing the order when I realized exactly what the medication was. The woman assured me that she had put in a notice to the department, even though the department had already closed for the evening. then the next day I get a notice that my order is being prepared so I called again the man on the wire named Jesse GEISY said oh it was a mistake. I have a witness that was there with my phone on speaker that heard him say it must've been a glitch in the system so he said he took care of it. Then later on I find out that my order is prepared to ship so I had to make another call. They said that the refill was not even canceled and neither was the order the next day I get another message that the order has been sent on its way that's three phone calls. Everyone said that they could see the other phone calls I've made but they're not quite sure what happened I got the package on my counter still unopened and I'm not paying for it. I've disputed it with my company. They could take pictures. They could see all the text messages and the phone calls
