Truly horrible. I can't say enough bad things to summarize how terrible Blink is. The cameras are a nightmare to try and connect it's borderline impossible, the battery life is trash and I don't know what they're smoking to claim 2 years, the motion detection is extremely unreliable at detecting people but not to worry it will detect every single car that drives by, which you can't stop at all because the custom motion zones do not work at all. Garbage. Get a real system.

OK, so I bought a cheap Blink Mini indoor camera. I pretty much got what I paid for I guess. The app is the only way to actually access the camera. You need a paid service plan to use some of the features. Support like a lot of stuff is mostly bad. Cannot access account through web browser. The forum is full more of other user complaining than solutions. Couple times service was down and you will never get a good response to outage. Yesterday 5/23 started a long period of no access to app or cameras. No information on restore time frame or what the problem was. That was last straw for myself. Going to go with a better service.

Don’t buy it. The customer service is a joke. I would do as the customer service agent asked then would not hear from them after several hours.

We’ve had blink cameras for a few years so far (2 outdoor and 1 indoor). To be honest, I can’t really compare them to any other brand because I haven’t experienced others. Overall, I’m generally satisfied. That being said, the latest update sucks (as app updates often do!). They overcomplicated the deleting of video “clips”. It used to be just one step to delete a video. Now it’s like 3 steps and not even intuitive. I don’t know why they messed with a good thing??

Have 3 cameras. Worked fine until we moved. Couldn't get them to sync with internet. Customer service was horrible and could not resolve issue. Now we are stuck with 3 cameras that don't work.

Worst camera system ever! You can't access the motion notifications in real time. Slow response and connectivity issues. Don't do it, reconsider!

If I could rate zero, I would, the cameras, I have three take so long to pick up motion that the delivery driver, postie, they have long gone leaving a video that show no motion, I’ve done all the checks, module is less than five feet away from main camera, I’ve reset and restarted, Wi-Fi reception is terrific, convection to module is terrific, I’ve contacted blink 54 yes fifty four times, and gone through same routine, to their credit they did send me out a new sync module and a camera but no difference, so it boils down to useless cameras, I wish I could afford to change them but right now I can’t, don’t be like me and waste your money

No support, this thing stop working after not even a year. No wonder the batteries last 2 years the camera don't work. batteries last 5 years on the shelf also. First Sync Module died, just stop dead, called support they told me it was my router! Trying a second Sync Module and doesnt want to connect either. I agree tghat I get what I paid for. I can live with the delay to connect, non responsiveness of the system, constant disconnection. Product dying on me. I just can live with an Amazon ByProduct with no support. I tryed to like them and it ended up costing more that it worth.
